Take a pancake, grease with ketchup, add the mixture of parizer and mushrooms (about 3-4 tablespoons to each pancake); Grate a slice of cheese and then place 4-5 slices of cucumber;

Roll the pancake, leave it to cool a bit and cut it into 4, after which it can be served !!
