The apples are shaved, then drained of the juice.
In a bowl I mixed the oil and sugar, then I add the yogurt and mix until the sugar melts. Add flour, essence, milk, vanilla sugar and baking soda.
In a pan greased with oil and lined with flour, I poured half of the composition, then a layer of apples (mixed with walnuts and cinnamon) and on top of the composition.
Place in the oven and leave to brown.
Serve cold.
